How do I return or exchange an item?
Our mission here at Sweet Peach is to make you happy. If you’re not satisfied with your order please fill out our return form (click here) and return it with your items within 30 days for exchange or refund. You may also return your items to our location in Carleton Place, if you have cleared it with our staff. Unfortunately, personal care items, breast pumps, DVDs and opened or use products cannot be returned. We cannot refund your shipping costs. Shipping an exchanged item back to you is free for your first exchange.
Cancellation Policy
We generally ship items within 2 business days. If you cancel your entire before shipping, you will be refunded the whole amount minus a $10 administration fee. If you cancel after shipping, you must return it as per the above instructions.
Making Changes to Your Order
If you wish to make changes to your order, please go to your account and change your changes immediately so we can accommodate your requests before your order has been shipped. If you order has been shipped, you can place another order or return items for exchange. We strive to get your packages to you within a short amount of time.
